Description
1. Overview of Diaphragm Valve
Diaphragm valves operate by using pipeline pressure to press a reinforced rubber diaphragm to open or close the valve. When pressure is released, the diaphragm lifts to reopen the flow path. With the diaphragm as the only moving part in contact with the media, these valves eliminate corrosion and leakage issues associated with traditional valve designs.
Types Available:
- Weir diaphragm valve
- Straight-through diaphragm valve
- Globe diaphragm valve
- Angle diaphragm valve
- Gate diaphragm valve

3. Product Features
- Corrosion Protection: The diaphragm isolates internal valve components from the media, ensuring no corrosion of the stem or bonnet.
- Leak-Free Design: Soft-sealed diaphragms provide excellent sealing performance, eliminating the need for packing glands and preventing external leakage.
- Versatile Applications: Suitable for low-pressure and moderate-temperature systems, including highly corrosive or viscous media.
- Low Flow Resistance: Streamlined design minimizes fluid resistance.
- Media Contact Limited: Only the valve body and diaphragm come into contact with the media, allowing use with abrasive or suspended solids.
- Durable Construction: Designed for long-term reliability with easy maintenance and periodic diaphragm replacement based on media characteristics.
