VTON intelligent electromagnetic flow meters combine advanced digital processing with the reliability of the Faraday principle for precise measurement of conductive liquids. With no moving parts and minimal pressure loss, these meters are ideal for applications in chemical, municipal, and environmental industries.

Featuring high accuracy, robust anti-interference capabilities, and customizable options like RS485 and Modbus outputs, VTON’s electromagnetic flow meters are designed for modern industrial needs, offering versatile solutions for flow monitoring and control.

Description

1. Overview of Intelligent Electromagnetic Flow Meter

VTON intelligent electromagnetic flow meters operate based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction. They measure the volumetric flow of conductive liquids with an electrical conductivity greater than 5 μS/cm. In addition to standard conductive liquids, these meters can handle highly corrosive media like strong acids and alkalis, as well as slurry mixtures like pulp and mining suspensions.

Applications:

  • Chemical and petrochemical industries
  • Municipal water and wastewater management
  • Environmental monitoring and dredging
  • Industrial process control in pulp and paper, metallurgy, and food industries
