Description
1. Overview of Forged Steel Check Valve
VTON forged steel check valves are designed with three types of valve covers to suit various operational needs:
- Bolted Cover: The valve body and cover are connected with bolts and nuts, sealed with a spiral wound gasket (316 flexible graphite). Metal ring connections are available upon request.
- Welded Cover: The valve body and cover are threaded and fully welded for sealing. Penetration welding is optional.
- Pressure Self-Tightening Cover: The valve body and cover are threaded and sealed with internal pressure self-sealing rings.
Additionally, the valves are available in three structural types: lift check, ball check, and swing check valves, providing flexibility for different applications.
