Direct Acting Solenoid Valve

VTON direct acting solenoid valves provide reliable performance under vacuum, negative pressure, and zero pressure conditions. These valves utilize electromagnetic force to operate directly, eliminating the need for pressure differences, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Crafted from durable stainless steel and featuring zero leakage, our solenoid valves handle a wide range of media such as gas, water, steam, and corrosive fluids. Available with customizable options, they are suitable for industries like petrochemical, manufacturing, and building automation.

Description

1. Overview of Direct Acting Solenoid Valve

Direct acting solenoid valves operate by utilizing electromagnetic force to lift the closing part from the valve seat when energized, allowing the valve to open. When power is cut, the spring restores the closing part to the valve seat, closing the valve.

Features:

  • Operates under vacuum, negative pressure, and zero pressure.
  • No pressure difference required for operation.
  • Relies on coil suction for switching action.
